This is a great book for anyone who loves nostalgia and the way the old parks used to be. Jacques first visited Kennywood Park in the 1940's. He went with his family to the annual school picnics to the park through the 1950's. He again returned to Kennywood in the 1960's with his three children. Jacques started researching the history of Kennywood Park in 1976. He completed the book in 1982.
