| Ontario & Western Railway Northern Division (Images of Rail) |
| By : John Taibi |
The New York Ontario & Western Railway's Northern Division covered a distance of 150 miles from Oswego to Sidney. This line was in operation from the late 1800s up until it was abandoned in 1957. The O & W functioned as a freight and passenger line transporting coal, milk, tourists, and locals over a mostly rural landscape. John's book will feature all of the important elements of a rail history: images of depots, stations, bridges, tracks, trains, roundhouses, wrecks, and railroad personnel.
